Bad Larry Barbecue Tools and Accessories: Return/Exchange Policy

At Bad Larry BBQ, we strive toward 100% customer satisfaction. If there’s ever a time when you need to make a return or exchange, please read our guidelines below:

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. At Bad Larry, we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Initiating an exchange or return

First, please contact our team at eric@badlarrybbq.com to request the return or exchange. We will provide you a return address at that time. Make sure the item is securely packaged (you can use the original packaging the product arrived in). Please use a trackable shipping service to make sure it returns safely. If the return is because of a damaged or defective product, we will cover the shipping costs; otherwise, these costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3. The refund or exchange process

We will inspect the returned item upon arrival. We will then notify you, via email, about the status of your return. We aim for prompt and helpful communication throughout the entire process. If your return is approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. It may take several days for the refund to appear in your account (this depends heavily on your payment method and financial institution).

For an exchange, please state your replacement item in your initial email. If the replacement item is higher cost than the original purchase, you will be responsible for covering the price difference. If the replacement item is lower cost than the original purchase, we will refund the difference.
